The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring staff, ensuring safety protocols, and promoting a healthy culture within the team. Requirements include a degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, extensive experience in the environmental field, and knowledge of WA and Commonwealth environmental regulations.
