Power System Engineer

Doosan GridTech is hiring a Power System Engineer in Melbourne, Australia. The engineer will design and develop distributed energy resource solutions for the electric power system, including energy storage and solar. They will work on utility-focused power engineering projects, perform power system analysis using tools like PSSE and PSCAD, and have knowledge of power systems analysis fundamentals. Other responsibilities include undertaking grid connection studies, supporting junior engineers, and providing engineering support for component solicitations. Desired qualifications include experience with utility-scale renewable and battery energy storage systems, knowledge of utility-scale energy storage systems, and familiarity with control systems and electrical distribution system design.
