Postdoctoral scholar

InsideHigherEd is seeking two Postdoctoral Scholars for the UCLA Center for Climate Science in Florence-Graham, CA. The first position involves using machine learning to study climate variability and change under Prof. Alex Hall. The second position focuses on researching fire weather and extreme climate events in the western U.S. Applicants need a Ph.D. in Atmospheric/Climate Sciences or related fields, experience with climate models and machine learning, strong programming skills, and the ability to work in a team.
