Personal Assistant, GM Technology

AGL, an energy company based in Docklands VIC, Australia, is seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to support the GM Technology and the Technology Team. The PA will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing Outlook, handling enquiries and correspondence, coordinating meetings and functions, and ensuring health, safety, and environment systems are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
