Job Description

Brighte, a company focused on making renewable energy and home improvements accessible, is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in Sydney, Australia. The role involves managing rewards, employee management systems, data management, onboarding/offboarding programs, recognition programs, WHS & Compliance policies, event planning, and learning resources. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a People/Generalist role, excellent communication skills, is organized and outcome-driven, and has a keen interest in impacting the employee experience. Prior experience in a start-up/small business is desirable.
