People Digital Business Partner, Apac

Worley is seeking a People Digital Business Partner for the APAC region. The role involves acting as the main point of contact between People Digital and People Operations, providing data quality insights, reporting on performance, communicating updates on People solution initiatives, supporting user demands and business cases, resolving complex queries and issues, developing knowledge content and facilitating training, managing minor projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior advisory role, a degree in HR or related field, an interest in digital solutions and data, and experience with Oracle HCM or similar systems.
