People Business Partner

GHD is seeking a part-time People Business Partner to support the Tasmanian business across three offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing People plans, building relationships with internal partners, addressing staff issues, and facilitating talent management. They should have relevant HR qualifications and experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
