Cabot Corporation in Boston, MA is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Accountant to join their HR Shared Services & Operations team. The role involves supporting payroll and benefits functions for a multi-state organization in Canada and the US, ensuring tax compliance, reconciliation, and analysis of benefit programs. Responsibilities include payroll processing, tax compliance, audits, financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role may also involve deputizing for the Payroll Manager when needed. The position is eligible for Cabot's Flexible Working Arrangement program.
