Organisational Change Lead

EnergyAustralia is seeking an Organisational Change Lead to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. The role involves planning and executing change on a strategic IT project, ensuring changes are delivered effectively and sustainably with minimized risk. Responsibilities include assessing change impacts, creating change plans, monitoring readiness activities, and managing stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience leading change initiatives in a large complex organization, knowledge of change management frameworks and tools, and strong stakeholder management skills. This is a 12-month contract position.
