Operations Co-Op

Avery Dennison is seeking an Operations Co-Op in Indiana to work on process improvement initiatives and collaborate with plant leadership. The role includes identifying improvement opportunities, leading projects, and supporting plant initiatives. The program offers networking opportunities, peer mentoring, and involvement in Employee Resource Groups. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus on specific areas. Previous internship/co-op experience or involvement in relevant student organizations is preferred.
