National Senior Public Relations Representative

The National Senior Public Relations Representative at beBee Careers in Abu Dhabi will manage immigration documentation, represent the organization in visa applications, support legal attestations, handle case issues, and maintain relationships with government authorities. The role involves providing updates on immigration challenges and supporting business travel visa applications. This is a full-time position based in the UAE.
• Main Responsibilities
• Manage documentation provided by the Immigration team members and represent our organization with submissions to government authorities relating to visa/work permit applications, visa stamping, attestation of birth/marriage/education certificates, etc.
• Manage all requirements/company representations and submissions at notary public for POA registrations, including providing support to the Legal team to attest documents as needed.
• Handle issue cases and provide status updates on a regular basis, offering sensible alternative approaches to resolve such cases.
• Keep the team informed about any changes that take place with government authorities.
• Manage and support queries received for outbound visas related to business travel, submitting applications on behalf of the team to the consulate/embassy when necessary.
• Support renewal of Auditors Registration & Partners Auditors Certificate Renewals and Trade Licenses as needed.
• Ensure the Immigration team is aware of any Immigration & Labour challenges and changes to processes/procedures.
• Escalate high-risk situations and ensure the Office Immigration Lead has adequate information to make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant government authorities to provide consistently high levels of client service.
