Job Description

Loam Bio is seeking a National Field Operations Manager to oversee field initiatives for their carbon projects in Australia. Responsibilities include developing operational procedures, leading interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with stakeholders, managing risks, dispatching resources, budgeting, quality control, training staff, enforcing safety protocols, and assessing project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in agricultural or environmental science, extensive experience in agricultural operations management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of crop management and sustainable farming practices.
