Job Description

Loam Bio, an agricultural startup focused on revolutionizing farming and addressing climate change, is seeking a National Field Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing and executing field initiatives for Loam's carbon projects, ensuring compliance and achieving strategic objectives. Responsibilities include developing operational procedures, providing leadership to interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, managing resources, overseeing equipment maintenance, enforcing safety protocols, and continuously assessing project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agricultural operations management, a deep understanding of crop management and sustainable farming practices, and strong leadership and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in agricultural science or a related field is required.
