Job Description

The 3M Group is seeking a Medical Conferences and Events Coordinator for their Medical Solutions Division in Australia and New Zealand. The coordinator will be responsible for managing various activities including event database management, collaboration with Health Care Compliance, seminar event management, tradeshow coordination, registrations, venue sourcing, catering arrangements, delegate attendance, invoice processing, and lead monitoring. The successful candidate should have excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers flexibility in terms of work location and schedule.
