Job Description

3M Group is seeking a Medical Conferences and Events Coordinator for their Medical Solutions Division in Australia and New Zealand. The coordinator will be responsible for various tasks including event database management, collaboration with Health Care Compliance, seminar and tradeshow coordination, venue booking, catering arrangements, delegate attendance processing, and invoice management. The successful candidate should have excellent time management and organizational skills, be able to navigate multiple systems, and have strong interpersonal skills. The position offers flexibility in terms of location and work hours.
