Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader, Generation III

AES Indiana is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader for their Generation III plant in Indiana, PA. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day mechanical maintenance operations, plan and execute outages, provide leadership to the team, evaluate performance, manage budgets, and ensure the overall performance, cost, efficiency, and reliability of the generating station. Required qualifications include 5 years of experience for degreed candidates or 7 years for non-degreed candidates in power generation, maintenance, or engineering, along with supervisory experience and knowledge of welding procedures.
