The Opportunity

In this role, you will lead complex GBS transition projects, multi-location, and program managed finance technology projects. You will also lead continuous improvement projects and help in driving standardization in the finance organization.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the hiring, development, and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors.
  • Directing day-to-day work assignments while coaching, mentoring, and setting priorities.
  • Requires broad experience in Project Management tools and processes and the ability to facilitate projects, lead chartering sessions, develop, validate network diagrams, lead integration and compression sessions.
  • Handled large Finance Tools and Technology implementation like ERP implementation Blackline Implementation, etc.
  • Designing, establishing, and monitoring the organization's project management goals.
  • Collaborating with clients on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.

Degree Requirement

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in finance plus 10 years of experience.

  • Uses organization's preferred budgeting software tools, compares planned budgets vs actual expenditures, identifies reports, and explains variances.

**Decision Making and Critical Thinking:**

  • Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies, ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.

**Managing Multiple Priorities:**

  • Knowledge of effective self-management practices, ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities.

**Cross Team Integration:**

  • Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results.

**Planning and Organizing:**

  • Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources, ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed.

**Resource Management:**

  • Knowledge of the resources required to achieve.
