Job Description

EarthRights International is seeking a recent J.D. graduate for a one-year Legal Fellow position in their U.S. Climate Resilience & Environmental Justice Project. The fellow will assist in litigating cases, conduct legal research, build relationships with frontline communities, represent clients in court, conduct policy advocacy, supervise interns, and collaborate with various teams within the organization. The role involves working closely with marginalized communities facing climate-related challenges in the U.S. to promote resilience and accountability.
