Legal Counsel

Neoen, a renewable energy company based in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team. The role will focus on advising stakeholders on construction and projects law issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing team and report to the Legal Director - Australia. They should have 2-5 years of experience as a qualified Australian lawyer and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional experience in property, planning and permitting, renewable energy, dispute resolution, compliance, corporate law, and mergers & acquisitions is preferred. This is a full-time position.
