Legal Counsel

Jemena, an Australian energy company, is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal services and support to the Group. The role will focus on providing legal support to enterprise functions such as Digital, Finance, and People, Safety & Resilience. Responsibilities include advising on legal compliance, commercial negotiations, financing and joint venture arrangements, managing litigation and disputes, and contributing to corporate business improvement processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent, be admitted to practice law in NSW or Victoria, and have at least 5 years of legal experience.
