Legal Counsel

ENGIE Group is seeking a Legal Counsel in Australia. The role involves providing strategic commercial legal advice on various matters such as acquisitions, contracts, litigation, compliance, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of commercial post-qualification experience, preferably in a top-tier law firm or large corporate environment. Knowledge of Australian energy markets and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and renewable development projects is desired. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
