Legal Counsel

Energy Australia is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their high-performing Legal & Governance team. The role involves providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company, including finance, procurement, property, environmental matters, litigation, and workplace safety. The successful candidate should have a law degree, a current practicing certificate, and relevant post-qualification legal experience. Strong general commercial experience is required, and knowledge of regulated energy markets, power generation, construction sectors, procurement, and financing transactions is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also desired.
