Legal Counsel

EnergyAustralia is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Enterprise legal team. The role involves providing legal advice and support on various matters, including finance, power station operations, procurement, property and environmental issues, litigation, and energy transition projects. The successful candidate should have a Law degree, a current practicing certificate, and relevant legal experience. Strong general commercial experience is required, and experience in regulated energy markets, power generation, procurement, and financing transactions is desirable. Good communication and stakeholder management skills are also important.
