Legal Counsel

Canadian Solar Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its renewable energy projects in Australia. The role involves negotiating and drafting project documents, assisting with project finance due diligence, and providing legal support on day-to-day matters. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, be licensed to practice law in Australia, and have 2-5 years of transactional legal experience. The position is for a term of up to 12 months and may require occasional travel.
