Learning & Development Consultant – Design

AGL is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant - Design to collaborate with customer-facing and operational teams in identifying learning needs, creating effective learning experiences, and assessing their impact. The consultant will work with stakeholders and peers to design innovative learning solutions for both in-person and digital delivery methods. Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and instructional design skills are required. The consultant will contribute to a positive and high-performance team environment, advocate for the end user's perspective, and embrace continuous improvement.
