Lead Structural Designer

GHD, a company based in Perth, Australia, is seeking a Lead Structural Designer/Drafter to join their Resources and Materials Engineering group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team in producing detailed structural design drawings for various Australian resources projects. The role involves managing time and workloads, preparing engineering models and design drawings, collaborating with senior engineers, and designing steel and concrete structures. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil/Structural Drafting/Engineering, knowledge of structural drafting and design principles, and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with Bentley MicroStation and 3D modeling software is preferred.
