Lead Grid Connection Engineer

Fluence is seeking a Lead Grid Connection Engineer to ensure compliance with generator performance standards for grid connections. The engineer will oversee grid modelling studies, perform preliminary modelling and assessments, manage project documentation, collaborate with design teams, review designs for compliance, and provide input to the product management group. They will also design testing regimes, manage stakeholders, assist with maintaining dynamic models, and conduct feasibility studies. The engineer must be willing to travel to project sites as needed.
