Lead Engineer - Grid

Vestas Australia is seeking a Lead Engineer for their Power Plant Solution department. The role involves managing grid aspects throughout the sales, construction, and service phases of projects in the APAC region. Responsibilities include simulation and modelling of wind power plants, studying grid connection requirements, evaluating site-specific solutions, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, 5-8 years of experience, and proficiency in PSCAD, PSSE, and/or Powerfactory. They should also have knowledge of the electricity generation sector, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Australian energy industry regulations.
