Landscape Team Member

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and hardworking Landscape Team Members to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and want to develop their skills in landscaping and hardscaping.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying sod.
• Support hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls by preparing sites, moving materials, and performing basic construction tasks.
• Maintain landscapes through tasks such as mulching, pruning, weeding, and edging.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including blowers, trimmers, and wheelbarrows.
• Follow instructions from the Foreperson or crew leader to ensure project quality and timelines are met.
• Assist in site clean-up, ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in landscaping and hardscaping or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
