About the position

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC (RES) is seeking applications for a full-time Laborer I or II position, ideal for individuals with prior construction and/or landscape experience. This role is crucial for providing on-the-ground support to Machine Operators, enabling them to maximize their productivity on linear footage projects. The Laborer I or II will also assist Construction Oversight by focusing on shooting grade and taking as-built points, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. In this position, your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve seeding, mulching, and installing erosion control matting. You will work closely with construction crews on various manual labor activities to support the overall project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition. It is essential to maintain a positive working relationship with both customers and co-workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Previous experience in outdoor construction.

• Understanding of engineered blueprint drawings and specifications.

• Willingness and ability to travel overnight and work at assigned project locations weekly.

• Experience as a Laborer on Stream Restoration and/or Wetland construction projects preferred.
