hiring for a Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) Manager to join our team at our North American flagship facility in Clearing, IL. As our HS&E Manager, you will lead a team of HS&E Specialists and Process Safety Engineer(s) in safety and environmental initiatives within our multi-divisional facility.

The individual selected for this role will take safety programs from the implementation stage to integration, providing superior training and partnering with the leadership team and front-line associates to influence change while achieving a commitment to a culture of safety among employees. In addition, you will work closely with plant leadership to drive sustainability and industrial process safety initiatives. You will also serve as a key site contact for internal and external audits.
