Indigenous Knowledge Broker

The Australian Government - Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water is seeking an Indigenous Knowledge Broker to support Indigenous inclusion and partnership in environmental research and management. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, developing resources for Indigenous partnerships, and supporting Indigenous-led projects. This is an identified position, available only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, and requires an understanding of issues affecting Indigenous communities. The position is part of the Environmental Economics, Science and Reporting Branch within Environment Information Australia, which delivers evidence-based data and research for environmental management.
