IT Support Technician

John Holland is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team in Fortitude Valley, QLD. The role involves supporting the technical infrastructure, providing end user IT support, and maintaining IT systems. Responsibilities include resolving support requests, managing and troubleshooting new technology, and liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of help desk and Level 1-2 support experience, strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of Active Directory, Service Now, MS Teams, and Office 365. Tertiary qualifications in Computing or a related field are required.
