ICT Support Engineer

LTIMindtree is seeking an ICT Support Engineer in Sydney, Australia. The role involves providing database support, logging and resolving incidents, and communicating with stakeholders to understand and troubleshoot issues. The engineer will also be responsible for code migration, creating adhoc reports, and monitoring database performance. Skills required include experience in Azure SQL, ETL tools, SSIS, SSRS, Oracle, PL SLQL, and SQL T-SQL. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. Knowledge of Superannuation, Insurance, Managed Funds, and Registry Services is desirable.
