Job Description

Snowyhydro is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join their team for a 15-month contract. The coordinator will provide HR advice and services, manage employee and position data, interpret employment laws and contracts, generate employment documents, administer employee entitlements, and implement process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in HR or 5+ years of industry experience, strong attention to detail, excellent computer literacy, customer service skills, and a driver's license.
