We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
