Head of Spot Markets

Hydro Tasmania is seeking a Head of Spot Markets to optimize Australia's largest renewable energy generator and water manager. The role involves leading a team of traders and analysts to optimize dispatch into the Australian National Electricity Market (NEM). The successful candidate will have extensive experience trading on the NEM, strong stakeholder management skills, and attention to detail in contract management. This is an 18-month maximum term contract based in Hobart, offering a base salary of $201,000.
