Head of Relationships and Design

Applied EV, an Australian technology company, is seeking a Head of Relationships and Design to support the CEO and Board in growing the business. This global role involves leading the technical design function, providing insights for commercial outcomes, managing customer relationships with key executives, and delivering technical designs from concept to engineering deliverables. The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of experience in the automotive industry, tertiary qualifications in Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering, strong design experience, exceptional executive-level customer relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver large projects on-time and on-budget. Fluency in English, Japanese, and Portuguese is preferred. This is a full-time position based in Scoresby, Victoria, Australia.
