Heirloom, a leader in the Climate Tech space, is seeking a Head of People. The company's mission is to reverse catastrophic climate change by using natural carbon capture properties to pull CO2 from the air and store it underground. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the people experience and culture of the company. Key responsibilities include building a culture of evolving structure, implementing performance management processes, and creating a Learning and Development program.
