Head of Finance - Renewable Energy

Catenon India is seeking a Head of Finance / M&A for a leading Renewable Energy Company in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of experience in finance, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include providing strategic financial leadership, leading capital raising initiatives, managing mergers and acquisitions, and engaging with stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong negotiation and leadership skills, and hold a CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent advanced degree.
