Head of Engineering

Macquarie Group Limited is seeking a Head of Engineering and Construction for their Green Investment Group (GIG) in Brisbane, Australia. The role involves supporting the Chief Projects Officer in delivering the design and construction of renewable energy projects, managing project milestones and budgets, overseeing health, safety, and environmental plans, and collaborating with grid engineering. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in onshore wind construction, a relevant engineering degree, knowledge of industry standards, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Commercial contract negotiation experience is desirable.
