We are seeking a passionate, high-energy HR professional to join our growing and dynamic DB&T Practice teams. This role will support a diverse group of business leaders, software engineers, product managers, designers, and digital architects building a world-class Digital Engineering organization focused on engineering software products and transforming our clients' technology platforms. **Job Summary:** HR Business Partners, referred to as Talent Managers, serve as strategic business partners who collaborate with senior leadership to resolve course and shape our people strategy. Due to the fast-paced global nature of our business, successful Talent Managers at Cognizant are extremely enthusiastic, flexible, and detail-oriented. Talent Managers are responsible for all HR generalist responsibilities, including but not limited to labor relations, rewards and recognition, performance management, employee engagement, career management, change management, executive coaching, group dynamics, teambuilding, and learning and development. Talent Managers interact with all levels of the Cognizant Business Unit and partner with all Human Resources centers of excellence (COE) to support the business.

**Job Qualifications & Requirements:**

  • 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, with a preference for candidates who have supported a similar professional services population.
  • Experience supporting complex client groups.
  • Working in matrixed global environments is a plus.
  • Extraordinary verbal/written communication skills, very strong presentation/client relationship management skills (client could be internal or external).
  • Validated project management skills to define/enhance processes.
  • Creative ability to craft HR solutions based on business needs.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented, constantly changing work environment where the status quo is always challenged, and ambiguity is tolerated.
  • Highly self-motivated, driven while being comfortable working independently.
  • Team orientation and ability to collaborate with individuals from all backgrounds.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the hierarchy and to treat everyone with dignity, honor, and respect.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources is a plus.

**Salary Range:** $200K - $250K

**Minimum Qualification:** HR Management, HR Generalists, Business Partners

*Estimated Salary:* $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
