We are currently looking for skilled individuals for our HPC Service Coordinator position.

Position Summary

The HPC Service Coordinator supports HPC service teams in managing revenue, warranty, and internal work orders from opening to closing. Responsibilities include ensuring customer and repair information is accurately documented, performing administrative duties, being knowledgeable in warranty programs, providing customer updates, training support staff, managing supplies and orders, assisting in processing warranty claims, managing work in progress, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Direct activities and schedules of service personnel
  • Provide training for service team members
  • Reconcile time cards vs. work orders
  • File documents and ensure job accuracy
  • Order supplies and manage vendor orders
  • Control cores returns and warranty parts
  • Manage work authorization and appointments
  • Monitor Work In Progress for efficiency
  • Process warranty claims and submissions
  • Coordinate equipment pickup and delivery
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, reports
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes
  • Monitor departmental key metrics
  • Provide training for multiple departments
  • Manage Last Date of Labor and service metrics
  • Perform office support tasks
  • Assist in warranty verification process
