Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough home energy assessments, gather data, and recommend energy-saving solutions through the Mass Save Program.

- Utilize combustion safety testing and visual inspections to evaluate existing conditions and propose energy efficiency improvements (training provided).

- Deliver top-notch customer service by explaining energy-saving recommendations and addressing homeowner inquiries.

- Champion accurate work scopes and encourage the adoption of energy-saving measures recommended in the home energy assessment.

Position Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent customer service and sales acumen.

- Basic to above-average computing skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, database entry, and reporting.

- BPI certification preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate.

- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

- Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor.

- A minimum of 2 years of steady employment.

- Possess a valid driver's license.

Salary and Benefits:

- Base salary ranging from $75,000-85,000, contingent on experience, plus commission (with the potential for a six-figure salary).
