Graduate Recruitment / Early Careers Consultant

Allens, a law firm based in Melbourne, is seeking a Graduate Recruitment / Early Careers Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for hiring future talent, particularly Clerks and Graduates, and will work collaboratively to attract and onboard new talent. Key responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador, designing engagement programs, managing social media presence, organizing recruitment campaigns, and supporting and mentoring an Early Careers Executive. The position is a full-time contract for 12 months with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
