Our GHD in the Community program partners with not-for-profit organizations to provide opportunities to work on pro bono projects, volunteering, and fundraising for philanthropic and humanitarian causes. We also funnel some of our profits into the GHD Foundation, a registered charity that works to address disadvantage and inequality in children accessing STEAM education in our countries of operation.

**What does being an Intern mean for you?** During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to connect with our recent graduates and our broader Young Professionals and Women in GHD networks to help decide whether GHD is the right place to start your graduate career. You will be provided with practical on-the-job experience within a technical field aligned to your studies and where possible to your aspirational career path. Towards the end of your internship, you'll participate in our performance experience review process, and if you're heading into your final year of studies, conversations about an offer to join our graduate program for the following year will take place. If you're earlier in your course, ongoing opportunities and future internships can be discussed throughout your studies.

**Who are we looking for?** We are looking for Engineers, Scientists of all types, Architects, Planners, Project Managers, and Arts Communications students to join our program in November 2024. To make selecting where to start your career easier, we'll ask you about your preferences through our application process by listing each team and the degrees they typically recruit from.
