Field Teacher

Mass Audubon is seeking a Field Teacher in Lincoln, MA, to develop and implement farm- and nature-based educational programs for youth in schools, after school programs, and community groups. The ideal candidate is passionate about environmental education, equity in access to nature, and climate change education. Responsibilities include leading outdoor learning experiences, supporting program development, and ensuring participant safety.
