Field Biologist (Field Based)

ERM is seeking Field Biologists in various locations in California to conduct nesting bird surveys and special status species surveys for a vegetation management compliance program. The role involves fieldwork, data collection, reporting, and compliance with safety regulations. Candidates need experience in avian biology and other species, familiarity with survey protocols, GPS technologies, and strong organizational and communication skills. This part-time, limited-term role requires flexibility, outdoor work, travel, and a positive attitude. Spanish fluency is preferred.
