Experience Designer

AGL Energy is seeking an Experience Designer to design innovative, intuitive, and functional experiences for their customers. The designer will collaborate with other designers to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels and drive efficiency through reusable design components. They will also be responsible for training and implementing innovative design processes. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of interaction design principles, user interface design patterns, and experience in a digital Agile environment. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, is required.
