Job Description
AECOM is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide operational support to senior leaders and the Group Director in Melbourne. Responsibilities include coordinating events and meetings, managing travel arrangements, assisting with report development, and building relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience as an Executive Assistant, can work in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and technology skills. This is a 3-4 day per week position with the option to work from home. AECOM is committed to engaging with First Nations peoples and businesses.
